The school has established a myriad of clubs and societies to cater to the talents and abilities of the students. Below is a list of the clubs and societies that have been established.

The school has benefited from these clubs and societies in many ways; ranging from exposure to students representing their country on a global scale.

  • 2nd in Poster competition 2012- Key Club 

  • Annual Beach Clean-up Exercise each September- Science and Environmental Club 

  • Winning Team- Montego Bay Co-operative Credit Union Business Competition 2012 

  • American Academic Award 

  • SVHS Team to Birmingham with Jamaica Ambassador Aloun Assamba 2012-Jamaica Athletics Legacy Exchange Programme 

  • Tyshan Hill - CONCACAAF CUP Series from the Spot Valley High School Football team. 

  • Michael Daley- Cycling 

  • Sherice Walker-Golf 

  • Jamaican Representative Basketball-  Loretta Gordon(student), Tracey-Anne Kelly

  • First-place team 2007-2008- UNFPA Best Advocacy Campaign and the JNBS General Manager's Award for Best Photo- Photography Club
